Each postcard campaign is mailed to addresses on the selected USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) routes in your local area. Routes are chosen from local ZIP codes, with a focus on neighborhoods that generally have medium to high household incomes.

No, we do not place competing businesses from the same category on the same postcard. Once a business reserves an ad spot, another direct competitor from that same category will not be accepted for that campaign.

Ad placement is determined by First Coast Life to keep the card balanced and visually strong for every business on it — not first-come, first-served by request. Endorsed-level spots get priority placement consideration among the strongest positions on the card, similar to how a magazine reserves its best positions — inside cover, back cover — for premium advertisers. We’re glad to hear preferences, but final placement is ours to call.

You do have the option to design your own ad, and we’re happy to provide the required dimensions and specifications. However, we strongly recommend letting us design it for you to ensure it looks professional and prints well.

Simply send us your business information, logo, and the offer or message you’d like to promote. We’ll create your ad and send you a proof for review. You can request changes give final approval.

After all ad spots have been reserved and invoices have been paid, we will move forward with printing and mailing the campaign. From that point, the typical turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks for printing, processing, and delivery to mailboxes. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on printing schedules, holidays, USPS processing, or other delays beyond our control.
