Subtropical Storm Nicole: Flood watch, wind, rain, dangerous surf expected near Jacksonville
Winds, rain and chances of flooding are all expected over most of the Jacksonville area this week, forecasters said Monday.
That’s likely to add to erosion on First Coast beaches affected by a glancing blow from Hurricane Ian about five weeks ago.
