I believe in the importance of a deep loving connection to yourself and others. I do therapy, coaching, personal history, and writing circles in my own personal style.

I use my intuition, sensitivity, knowledge, warmth, and creativity in all I do. I am a professional I hope you will trust and value. The goal of our relationship is to support and nurture the best you.
