Lion’s Den Karate, St. Augustine’s only open competition dojo dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of Tang Soo Do, in partnership with the City of St. Augustine, the St. Augustine Tourism Board, and USA Sport Karate, proudly presents the 2nd Annual Ancient City Championship. This exciting event will take place Aug. 30 – 31, 2024, at the World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort, located at 500 S Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL, 32092. Competitors in a variety of disciplines will come from across the nation to compete against the best within their rank and style. The Ancient City Championship is open to all ages, styles, and ranks, offering competitors an opportunity to showcase their skills in a variety of disciplines. The event is officially sanctioned by Point Fighter and will feature set fights, W.A.K.O. Light Contact, and Kick Light competitions, as well as an exclusive seminar led by a world champion.

The Art Galleries of St. Augustine (AGOSA) makes up the diverse art galleries and museums located in St. Augustine, Florida. Each one showcases outstanding collections of local, regional, national & international artists.

As of January 1, 2022, AGOSA is now part of the St. Augustine Art Association a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1924. The mission of the Art Association is to promote and enhance the arts in the area through exhibits, involvement in community projects, publicity, networking and other opportunities for artists.
Our events have cultivated a reputation for St. Augustine as an “Art Destination” among both locals and visitors.

Q; HOW DO I GET STARTED ON THE ARTWALK?
A: You can start the free, self-guided Artwalk tour at any AGOSA Member Gallery, and see as few or as many as you’d like between 5-9PM on First Fridays. Most galleries feature changing monthly exhibits, refreshments and live music. Or tour our fine galleries throughout the month using our brochure and Artwalk map!
