Please join Beaches Museum on Saturday, April 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the annual Springing the Blooms celebration. Taking place throughout the Museum’s Pablo Historical Park, Springing the Blooms will feature horticultural exhibits, family-friendly activities, educational lectures, and live children’s music on the historic Foreman’s House front porch. During this event, the Beaches Train Club will run the Florida East Coast model train.

Springing the Blooms will feature a lecture series starting with “Datil Peppers” presented by Troy Main and Scott Murray of Mayhem Datil Pepper Farms at 11:30 a.m. followed by “On Monarchs” featuring Master Gardener Ginger Ayer at 12:30 p.m. The event will also include a quilt raffle by Coastal Quilters.

Arts in the Park

The City of Atlantic Beach will host its 22nd annual Arts in the Park at 10 a.m. Saturday, Apr. 26. The event is free, open to the public, and family-friendly.

Visit with local artisans and craftspeople sharing their different artist mediums including visual art, jewelry, wood crafting, glass blowing, and more.
