With a seven-decade career, Willie Nelson has earned every conceivable award as a musician and amassed reputable credentials as an author, actor, and activist. He continues to thrive as a relevant and progressive musical and cultural force. In recent years, he has delivered more than a dozen new albums, released a Top 10 New York Times’ bestsellers book, again headlined Farm Aid (an event he co-founded in 1985) and his annual Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic, been honored by the Library of Congress with their Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, received his 5th degree black belt in Gong Kwon Yu Sul, headlined the annual Luck Reunion food and music festival during SXSW, launched his cannabis companies Willie’s Reserve and Willie’s Remedy, and graced the covers of Rolling Stone and AARP The Magazine.

As of January 1, 2022, AGOSA is now part of the St. Augustine Art Association a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1924. The mission of the Art Association is to promote and enhance the arts in the area through exhibits, involvement in community projects, publicity, networking and other opportunities for artists.
Our events have cultivated a reputation for St. Augustine as an “Art Destination” among both locals and visitors.

Q; HOW DO I GET STARTED ON THE ARTWALK?
A: You can start the free, self-guided Artwalk tour at any AGOSA Member Gallery, and see as few or as many as you’d like between 5-9PM on First Fridays. Most galleries feature changing monthly exhibits, refreshments and live music. Or tour our fine galleries throughout the month using our brochure and Artwalk map!
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Farmers Market takes place each Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Enhanced health and safety measures have been implemented and personal protection equipment, such as face masks, are encouraged.
