Pat Copeman was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida and has resided at the First Coast beaches for the past 37 years. He’s a father to two daughters Nikki and Christine, and a G-Pa, to Brecken 4, and Ella 2.
Pat is looking forward to a few vacations scheduled for this summer including a few trips to Orlando with family and friends, and a trip to see his favorite local band Smokestack play at the Big House (The Allman Brothers Museum) in Macon, GA. as well as a scalloping trip to Crystal River this August or September.
His hobbies include fishing, boating, time at the beach, traveling, and getting out to see live music.
Pat Copeman began his firefighting career with the St. Augustine Fire Department, working there for 6 years, and then left to work for the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, working for them for over 22 years. He plans to retire in 2 1/2 years.
Now Pat has begun a career in Commercial Real Estate and works with SVN First Coast Commercial Real Estate. The best part about living on the First Coast is the people that live here, the beach, the weather, the fishing, and it’s the home of Southern Rock and some of the best local musicians in the country.
