Slowdive will tour North America this fall in support of their latest album everything is alive, with a stop at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre among just 10 Stateside headlining dates.
Released last September on Dead Oceans, everything is alive is the band’s fifth album, and the follow-up to their 2017 self-titled. October is National Sensory Processing Awareness Month, and the St. Augustine Art Association is hosting the Tactile Art Show in partnership with the Florida DeafBlind Association and the Florida School for the Deaf & Blind. Unlike most art exhibits, viewers — blind, visually impaired, or sighted — are invited to touch the artwork!
The Tactile Art Show is on display both in-gallery (Tuesdays through Sundays, 12:00 – 4:00pm) and online at any time: October 4 – 27, 2024.
