Description

Driven by love and passion for people and the community, we take pride in providing the best resources possible, real estate related or not. We also have a goal to transform the real estate industry to focus more on being collaborative and less competitive and welcome any agent out there to call us with questions on anything that they may not know the answer to! We want to create a community inside and out where we are always assisting others and helping make this industry better.

We focus on all things real estate for our clients. Whether its residential, investments, commercial and even development and new construction opportunities we aim to assist, direct and educate those in our community to help them achieve their goals!!

And as the market shifts and changes occur, we also educate ourselves the best we can, so that we are able to be the best resource and navigation for our clients through those changes. We might not be a big name brokerage, but we love being that down to earth, going to a place where clients trust us, and where our fellow agents can come to work and feel like we are all a family! Or, a home away from home.

Lastly, we are proud to say that we also launched our system company last year called Investor Island. Though it is slow growing, our goal is to really provide exceptional exclusive services to our repeat investors.

Q&A

It's a pleasure to meet you. Tell us a little bit about your background and your journey, and what you're focused on today

First licensed in 2014 only to get into buying and flipping houses, I soon learned as an agent how addicting it is to assist others in buying and selling real estate. My very first deal was helping an investor friend sell his flip, and that caused me to be interested in servicing the investor world, even though everyone told me to stay away from investors. I then started to work with as many investors as possible to learn as much as possible. I even started knocking on local builders' doors to help them find land. Fast forward 10 years, after being a branch manager, to running my own team, to managing a brokerage that I did not personally own, all of which was a step needed to get where I am today. I now own a brokerage which I started in the middle of covid. Just a small brokerage looking to make a difference. We are just a couple of hard working agents that have a GREAT team. We do however hope to grow and expand our work family. With our upcoming projects on solving the affordable housing crisis, we hope to not only be put on the map more to become more known in making our community a great and easy place to live but also to be known as the go to brokerage where great agents want to work with like minded people. Where one's passion meets positive change, and that it isn't always about the dollar.
Who do you serve and what makes you different?

We serve anyone and everyone who needs our help. Even those who aren't looking for real estate specific things. Yes, we tend to be a trustworthy resource for lots of things, and we are always ready to help. And if we can't comfortably help them, or aren't sure of the best way to assist them, we are all about collaboration over competition. We will find the perfect person who CAN help them and make sure they achieve their goals.
What would you attribute to your success, and how can people get to know you better?

Our repeat clients, and word of mouth. We aren't big into spending thousands on leads, so we focus on relationship building. Going above and beyond to those we already get to help. We also aim to not only learn more about them, but also want to know how we can serve their friends, and family. This includes their children who will eventually need our services in the upcoming future. People can know us better by giving us a call, or let's grab coffee. We also have multiple online ways to check us out! Check out our bio link which will take you to all sorts of places we've been, and what we have going on! BIO: https://bio.site/sandbarrealtyjax
What's the best part about living on the First Coast?

The lifestyle! So. much to do outside the majority of the year. We have great local businesses that are very involved with what our community is being offered. Though we are a big city, it always feels small and tight knit. AND I love the people within our community! We always come together as a whole when people need us!
Anything else that you'd like to add?

Other than our upcoming business ventures and our plans to solve problems for housing, I do have one more thing that is VERY important to myself and my family right now...My brother and family need our community support so much right now. It has been a long journey for all of us this past 10-12 months...and we are at the very last few months of treatment. I would LOVE it if we could share this link, and allow people to learn more about what we have been dealing with personally, which is a HUGE part of my WHY. My why I get up every single day. Because though you might not "feel" like going to work today, just remember, there are so many out there that WISHED they could! https://www.gofundme.com/f/LittleCancerBigGod
