What’s your name and what fills your time?
My name is Jeff DeAngelis and I am a Full-Time Realtor.
Tell us a little about your background story and how you got here (First Coast)
I was born and raised here. 18th North in Jax beach until 4th Grade then moved to Twelve Oaks Lane in Neptune Beach. Nowadays I’m married to my beautiful and patient wife Kathryn and we have two children, Crew and Charlie. We also have two dogs, two cats and a few Hermit Crabs. My family and I live in Neptune Beach today and rep the “Hamlet Hoodlums,” a local gang. My family took a cruise to kick off the summer but we are mostly just cruising around here the rest of summer. Beach, Adventure Landing, pool etc. just trying to stay near water.
Any passion projects or focus for the summer?
Nothing in particular. My work and family are my passions at the moment, so focusing on them.
Any hobbies or interests worth telling us about?

Favorite hobbies and/or new goals …. What keeps you busy these days?
Surfing, moving, making videos, and photography. Hoping to get a longer lens this year to shoot local surfers.
What’s one thing (funny, different, cool) that many might not know about you?
I never wear a shirt around the house, I cut my own hair, and I wake up at 4am…
How do you like living on the First Coast?
I love it. It’s home for me. The community for me. The people. Familiar faces and places.
