How often do you tell yourself that you’re not good enough, or that you can’t do something? If you’re like most people, the answer is “far too often.” And this self-doubt can be especially harmful when it comes to creativity. After all, creativity is about exploring new ideas and possibilities, which means taking risks and making mistakes. So if you’re holding yourself back out of fear of failure, chances are you’re missing out on a lot of great opportunities. So give yourself permission to be creative – and see what amazing things happen!
