Enjoy Benvolio Prosecco while you cruise the riverways of Amelia and Cumberland Islands. Giselle Tapia expertly manipulates her guitar as you are served your first course of passed hor d’oeuvres. Trays of cold marinated shrimp, potatoes and caviar, or select cheeses with local jams and jellies from Epperson Farms float effortlessly by.
Keep an eye out for curious dolphin as you savor charcuterie skewers, tarragon chicken pinwheels, or mini crab cakes. Sip an expertly chosen Diatom Unoaked Chardonnay, while admiring Fort Clinch from the water. Moments later you find yourself scanning the Cumberland Island National Seashore for wild horses and rosette spoonbills.
A praised La Crema Pinot Noir is served, and then partnered with olive pops, duck crostini, or a mushroom tart to highlight the Earthy flavors. This cruise through nature is ignited as the sun turns to twilight, embracing you in an overwhelming sense of relaxation as the day melts away into a spectacular sunset.
The evening concludes with a final course of steak and blue cheese bites, mushroom steaks, chocolate espresso, or panna cotta that will leave you riveted with satisfaction when complimented by a bold Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve.
